LOVEWELL is a tool designed and built by PHOENIX/ONE.

 

PHOENIX/ONE is a 501c3 nonprofit dedicated to unifying the church through care and connection. Central to the mission of PHOENIX/ONE is the prayer that Jesus prayed for the church in John 17:23: “I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.” (ESV). 

 

Utilizing mentoring, consulting, team building events, and team retreats PHOENIX/ONE creates a safe, neutral environment for the staff of churches to connect and find care. It starts with ONE person choosing to pursue health to impact the Church in becoming more united as ONE!

 

LOVEWELL is an extension of this heart and vision. It’s a tool that not only increases health and unity on a team, but it increases its reach and effectiveness. We believe that a healthy church starts with a healthy staff. And a healthy staff starts with an honest assessment.
